This is a very common scenario during the peak hours. Most of the passengers are students and office ladies, and their trip often takes up to at least 40 min. Thus, everyone is desperate to get a seat, and when someone finally alights there will be a space. People near the seat will all be vying for it.
One lady seizes the chance and quickly secured her seat. Another lady standing beside the former just now was so furious; she stared at the lady as if she was going to tear her into bits and pieces. The immense hatred in her only seemed to subsided 10 minutes later, but no one knows if she had totally forgotten the thought of killing.
Well, this may appear exaggerated, but it is genuinely from an eye-witness's point of view. From the very agitated lady's reaction, it is clear that she does not control her temper well. If not for the fact that she was in public, she might be even more fearsome.
Humans should adhere to a high level of moral etiquette and cultivate their personality. Otherwise, you will feel really unhappy if someone 'snatched away' your seat. And, i wonder if the lady realises that her furious expression was open for everyone to see?
